I’m a proud mom of three, a former teacher, now an Assistant in Nursing in Australia, and a small business owner who understands what it means to balance work, family, and the dream of building something more.

For 22 years, education was my passion.

Helping people learn, grow, and succeed wasn't just my career—it became part of who I am.

When my family and I made the life-changing decision to migrate to Australia, it was all for one reason:

To create a better future for our children.

To give our family greater opportunities, I transitioned into healthcare, where I found work that offered more flexibility while continuing to care for others.

But like many shift workers, I came to realize one difficult truth.

Behind WinCampaign is Founder & CEO Raz Cabrera, with over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and digital strategy, having worked with global brands such as Pfizer, SaraLee/ Unilever, Coca-Cola Canada, and Hershey Canada.
